Whether you’re doing your first 5km run and just want to finish it or are a seasoned Ironman competitor and looking for that extra edge, our Running and Multi-Sport/Triathlon Programmes are for you.
These programmes are designed specifically for you by our endurance expert Francisco. Fran is a British Triathlon Federation registered coach who has completed over 15 races including several full Ironman distance triathlons.
Fran’s training approach focuses on using both scientific methods (heart rate, power, anaerobic threshold, VO2 max) and tailored strength and endurance training to help you to achieve your goals.
