NUTRITIONAL CONSULTATION

Bespoke nutritional consultation and guidance from our highly qualified Fulham Nutritionist.

After completion of a nutritional / lifestyle focused questionnaire we arrange an appointment for you to come into the studio for the initial consultation with our Nutritionist. This will last for approx 1 hour and there will then be a follow up appointment of 1 hour.

The consultation itself will involve information gathering about the client’s current diet, lifestyle and goals. The aim is to identify the underlying cause and apply realistic recommendations that can help to improve their condition or presenting symptoms. Our nutritionist works on an individual food program specific to the client which, may also involve lifestyle and supplement advice and in some cases laboratory tests may be required depending on the individual. The Nutritionist supplies the client with meal ideas as well as recipes and if the client is training with one of our personal trainers the nutritionist always liaises with that trainer.

All Nutrition consultations and follow ups are for 1 hour:

• Initial Consultation (1 hour): £120
• Follow-Up Consultations (1 hour): £120
