Your right to cancel
The following terms apply to all sessions booked between Monday – Sunday. At least 24 hours’ notice is requested if you need to cancel or change a booking. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the late cancellation costs as laid out below will be charged.
Cancellation or changing of session times within 24 hours of your booking will incur a 100% session charge. If you fail to show for the session, you will be charged at full cost. As we are unable to judge reasons for change, cancellation or non-arrival, clients are reminded that no exceptions to the above conditions will be made and that any booking made with the studio (verbal or written) forms a legally binding contract.
How to cancel or change your appointment: Cancellations should be made by calling us on 020 7384 4416. If you are cancelling outside of normal operating hours – you may cancel by emailing us at: info@telondon.com and this should be followed up by telephone during TÉ operating hours.

Gift vouchers
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers presented after this date will not be accepted. Vouchers may be used for services only at TÉ within standard operating hours. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. The voucher entitles the persons named to redeem this voucher at TÉ. Please quote the issue number at the time of booking and hand the voucher to the trainer at the start of your session.
Late cancellation and “failure to show” terms as laid out above also apply to gift vouchers, which will be voided at TÉ should you fail to give the required notice.

Our right to cancel
If a trainer is not available to carry out your session(s) through circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to transfer the booking to an alternative trainer. In unusual circumstances we may need to cancel your session. In the event that we cannot fulfil your session, we will contact you by telephone – where possible.
